Moo.Nenpei is an anagram of ‘pen neimu’ Japanese pronounciation of pen name.
Shared the same editor with SHIMAMOTO Kazuhiko when they were in Corocoro. Then Shimamoto invited him to be a judge at Manga Koshien 1993, an annual national manga tournament for high school students held in Kochi city.
He is a fan of Hachikin Girls a local idolgroup which is a tourism ambassador of Kochi prefecture and frequent guest at Manga Koshien. He released a doujinshi of them with HINOMOTO Meguru as the illustrator.
