Inspired by ISHINOMORI Shotaro’s Manga Nyuumon he later became assistant to Ishinomori after graduated from high school. NAGAI Go was the senior assistant at Ishimori Productions at the time, and OYAMADA Tsutomu was his junior. He also was assistant under HISAMATSU Fumio and ASANO Riji.

KOSHINO Ryou, OHTAGAKI Yasuo, YAMAMOTO Osamu and YANO Kentaro were once his assistants.
