He was born in the province Gyeongsang-do in Korea. In 1995 he started his first work, "Sun and Moon", which was concluded in 1997 in five volumes.
From 1998 to 2002 he worked on Namja Iyagi, which was published in Young Jump (영챔프), the korean magazine of Seoul Cultural Publishing. It was completed in 10 volumes.
The next work was his series Pungun Nama, which only spawned two volumes and was released in the magazine Cocomics (코코믹스).
His latest work his Purun Kil, which he worked on from 2002 till its end in 2004. It's five volumes long.
His works have been translated into French and German.
