I wrote a small addition to the site today, the private messenger, which you can access by clicking on "My Inbox" on the side menu. It is *very* beta... and I will be periodically fixing it over the next couple days. At the moment, you can only PM staff, (or people on the about us page), so that's a downside, but at least it gives the staff a better means of communication with the users, as previously there was no way to respond to change requests. A new message indicator will be displayed to the right of the logout link if you happen to have new messages. The system works kinda like a combined private messenger/support ticket system, so I hope it's not too hard to figure out.
