But why bring up Catholicism specifically? Easter is important to all Christians, and Catholicism falls right there under the category Christian.

Thank you! And happy Easter to you too biggrin I'm having a great day, celebrating with my family and eating lots of good food (and candy) after a really wonderful church service this morning. No spring break for me this year—I graduated this past winter! (but I work from home, so it's all good!)

I'm surprised all the comments are positive though. o_o I'm not a Christian or Catholic, but since I've seen 3 religious solicitous pamphlets (one seems to have been a double in the mail) and they seem to be regarding the Easter holiday (the double copy version mentioned a meeting on the 23rd and about Jesus...) so admittedly the frontpage post left a bad taste in my mouth. :x dead

So it look like because of the 'junk mail', I can't just be complete oblivious and happily thinking Easter is about the cuddly Easter bunny. sad

But hopefully I forget in the longterm. biggrin
