The manga wins hands down.
The anime suffers from the usual problem that plagues nearly all adaptations, filler.
There is too much unnecessary pauses, drawn out scenes, all to drag out the ~20 mins.
The action in the manga is way more intense than the animated ...

Keep in mind that status of series in whatever country is also only counted if it's printed in the volume forms.
So only change it if the actual volume is released, not if the chapters would count as a volume but hasn't been printed. ...
