But you have to remember where manga comes from. Sure the japanese keep their love lives behind closed doors, but they are considered more mature at a younger age.

And I certainly don't dislike all shoujo ('ll name a couple I like at the end of this post), its just harder to find ones with art styles I like than it seems to be for other genres.

(Jpop that I wanted...they had a marker for it on the shelf so I know I was in the right place but the shelf was empty... ), ah well, it was still fun.

Yeah, they should use their resources to keep translating Himitsu instead, or do Shinri Sousakan Aoi.

Takagi Shigeyoshi (Hana ni Arashi) certainly sounds like a male name to me.
I'm not sure if the mangaka's really a male, though.
