Sounds like Kamisama no iutoori, though thats only a couple of chapters of it and it starts off in a school but that bits where all the students are in a hosptial...so it may not be the one if that was the entire story... ...

Definately Shin angyo onshi (espeically in the later stages of the manhwa.)

Hmmm maybe Kingdom although there's lots of different characters, but if you think of the main partnerships with the mc then he always acts as the brawn whilst the partner acts as the brains. (but not always clean cut)
