Looking at your lists and comparing ratings, half of the stuff I rate at 10 you rate at 10 too - the rest you rate no higher than 5, so I'm pretty sure my suggestions will be somewhat hit-or-miss.

I always find Mitsuki Kako has a beautifully peaceful quality to her manga - like Ai Hime - Ai to Himegoto (as long as you don't consider niece/foster-uncle as incest), or Sora Log maybe. They both have some drama, but I'd say they fit. ...

If you look up the tags for LGBT parent/s and/or childcare, there are bunches you can sort by rating, like this, or like this.
My rec for cutest baby would be Nichijousahan Bi - Beautiful Life, and for best story would be the novel Sekaiichi Hatsukoi - Yokozawa Takafumi no Baai (Novel), or the manga Himegoto Asobi. ...

I didn't see Sora Log on your list, it has a lovely extra chapter at the end, would fit 1. Maybe 2 and 3.

I've been trying to get into yuri too - the first one that made me want to read more was Renai Idenshi XX.
Probably cuz it looks more like a shounen ai than a shoujo ai, so I figure it's a good bridge for yaoi addicts ...

There really plenty that fit, I have to agree. If you do a genre search for yaoi+rape+stockholm syndrome that'll give you a bunch that'll mostly all match. Even taking out the stockholm syndrome tag will still get you plenty.
