I had a similar idea I was going to post today before seeing this. I thought it would be nice to have a mangaka scoring system no different than the manga scoring system so that one could easily find mangakas that most people are fans of. ...

While looking through the newest releases I saw a new manga that I thought I might try. It was scanned by a group with no site, no forum and no IRC, however the group had about 50 releases, but released where? There were no download links let alone anywhere ...
