All manga I can remember reading with a real tragic end (and unfair) for the protagonist was: Deep Love - Reina no Unmei, (Deep Love - Ayu no Monogatari too) and Flowers of Evil.
I didn't read too much tragedy manga, so thats are all I know. ...

I recent read Seigi no Mikata! and is very hilarious comedy (for me at last).

- Honto Yajuu yakuza-yaoi, ongoing, 5 vol
- Hajimari no Niina is only 1 vol, but is verry sweet XD
