Description
Kenzaki Shinichi is the leader of the Anti-Vector Task Squad. He's in charge of hunting down Vectors, humans that carry with them the deadly Resurrection Deficiency Syndrome, a disease that can keep someone from resurrecting when they die.
Chapter 41-48 were released as "Immortal Hounds" chapters but changed name with the release of chapter 49 to "Immortal Ridge" to serve as part of the sequel.

Yasohachi Ryuou never failed me, since his Uwagaki, I've know that this mangaka is gold.
As his previous one, this manga core theme is love and romance, between adults this time.
it may have action, blood, betrayal and some deep stuff, but it's first a manga about love.
this times I think It's about tragic love.

there have been negative comments, i think it's too early to judge this series with a shallow manner like some people did, it's obvious there is more comming, thought there are negative aspects, but this is no primary action/thriller manga.

Good:
The action is great. The vast majority of "normal" people in this world are flat-out immortal so there is blood and gore aplenty.
Bad:
The characters are mere caricatures. You have the ice queen main protagonist, the wannabe sidekick and the stoic rival. Few of them are ever really explained and even fewer ever develop in a meaningful way.
Awful:
The story is completely aimless. Theres a minimum of 4 different plot lines by chapter 20, none of which are remotely explored, resolved or even brought up again shortly after being introduced.

Liking this one a lot. Translations doesn't out that often though.
Story is kind of nice, especially since part about how none immortals become immortals is still kept hidden.

Basic premise is you have an alternate dimension where human beings are capable of resurrecting from fatal injuries.
In this world vectors are people who are not able to resurrect. When a person in this world falls in love with a vector they lose their ability to resurrect.
Behind the vectors there is an organization that offers a means to make vectors immortal in exchange for them making normal people fall in love with them. These duped people lose their Resurrection ability and many of them are killed because they do not realize it is gone and lack caution. The vector organization also has female operatives that are responsible for extracting vectors who have been compromised. These are ridiculously overpowered female fighters.
Our male MC is a detective who's sister was killed as a result of falling in love with a vector.
Our female MC is a vector operative working undercover as a police clerk.
The vectors are pretty much a selfish bunch who are looking to spread the vector factor. All of the vectors so far seduce their targets with no remorse. Of the 2 vector operatives introduced so far, 1 is psychotic and the other is just cold blooded. The police are totally incapable of doing anything because of how overpowered the operatives are.
This whole situation is absolutely annoying.
Only read if you like manga about amoral overpowered female fighters like black lagoon.
Also do not be fooled this is not a manga about romance. It is about seduction. The authors endgame will most likely involve romance between the 2 leads but in the 17 chapters released their is zero romance between them,
