As it has been said. The beginning is incredibly strong. But it rapidly deteriorates, veering more and more until the doesn't seem to be any logical reason for decisions other than the author thinking it would be cool. Their was a lot of potential that unforunately was thrown away for a much more boaring plot.

Droppable

The beginning of the series makes it seem like it has a unique plot and some potential character development. Well, both only get worse as the story goes on. That, coupled with the ambiguous animation, which quickly turns bland, makes the entire webtoon easily droppable. I read until chapter 52, but I should have dropped it sooner.

TL;DR - Good beginning, terrible execution.

The whole story got fucked up, it's litteraly going all kinds of places..
At first it was kinda okay, but now it got to the point that the whole plot doesn't interest me at all. 4/10 (Chpt 43)

Had potential, didn't live up

Flow seemed promising at first: an intriguing concept, gorgeous background and creature art (which initally masked the less-than-stellar character art), as well as a fast story pace that kept you from being bored at first.

However, it eventually becomes apparent that the author didn't take the time for proper world, plot and character building. The people in this world are unecessarily cruel and elitist for a modern society that shouldn't merely depend on power levels. The governance structure makes no sense at all. The characters are flat. I had wondered if it would turn into something like His Dark Materials (the Golden Compass in film version), but it ends up becoming a battle shounen like the rest.

There are those manga's/manhwa's that radiates emotions and effort, with pages drenched in creators sweat and tears from making it. Then there are those ones, that are simply there because there's demand for them, they not the ones that take your breath away, but still they follow a certain quality standard. Then there's such a things like "Flow", made by people who flip pancakes with one hand, sew their pants with other one, scratch their nose with left foot, and then deside to draw something with their right foot just because it is free.

Disappointing

The prologue is totally misleading. The story is hardly about first wish or the effect of wish. It's about annoying characters who go to school to learn how to use their Gods' "wish" power again ... and to add that protector crap. The bulling is total bull*hit as well.

Whe I read the description I wasn't really all that interested. Seeing as the rating was pretty high anyway, I decided to read it. There are some predictable moments but even so it is enjoyable once you get into the story.

As an action/shounen deprived shoujo regular, I'm loving this series. Sensible and likable main character for one, with a pretty simplistic easy-to-understand storyline. A little predictable? Yes a bit. But it uses classic cliches, not annoying ones. Haven't been disappointed yet, looking forward to more!

sidenote: I think I'm officially in love with webcomics.

This series has been absolutely fascinating, and I look forward to continuing to read it. I'm excited to see how the main character develops, and to learn more about those monsters that have appeared during the story.
