Description
From Storm in Heaven: There's a legend about a certain library at the Doumeikan University: whoever meets there for the first time will fall in love. One fateful day, Shino waits for her date there, but she doesn't meet him. Instead she meets a football player who took refuge there, trying to avoid his angry teammates. Then the two surprisingly find out that their parents are getting married, and so they start to live together...
I read some works of Saitou Chiho and I think this is my favorite!... .:-).I like the drawing, sweet love story and I really could feel the 80's though I was born in late 80's... this is very old manga but I really like it!
It somehow reminds me of Mars only because the motorcycle and living together and Marmalade boy of course....
The art isn't as pretty as her other mangas, but the storyline is bewitching. It's so sweet and ironic to me and I just want to know what will happen. It's like fate is determined to get between these two star-crossed lovers...(^^;ehheh too much Shakespeare) and they're like the RomeoXJuliet if they were stepsiblings.
It's an interesting read... and as usual, beautifully drawn
It's Chiho Saito's work!! come on, just go read it already!! After all, from the summary, we all kinda get a hint of what's in store, don't we?? *wink*
This manga is quite old so do not expect too much from it, but the story is good a LOT of drama but full with issues of society. I mostly enjoyed the sidestories giving view to the name it was very intersting perhaps because i myself enjoy historical romances.
If you've read Saito Chiho's stuff before, then you're no stranger to her forbidden romances where two characters meet, fall in love and strive to be together despite whatever obstacles are presented. It is one of her older series, so the art isn't nearly as good as some of the other things that were done after it.
the characters are pretty.. tho... i think they look.. european? lol. && the plot seems like marmalade boy.. which was one of my favorite animes.. but.. it still seems great. =]
