Description
From Fantasy Shrine:
The beautiful yet aloof Midori and the very outgoing Takahiro are college friends. One day, during a drinking party, Midori discovers the shocking truth that he’s actually gay from the observant Soejima-senpai. However, that doesn’t change Midori’s feeling of wanting to be with Takahiro. Besides the main story, this book also collects the extra chapter, “At Last, It Is Love”.

the cluelessness became annoying after the novelty worn out, and the mangaka dragged it on for s bit too long. if it hadn't been for the evil sempai i doubt they'd ever get together. pretty average overall, nothing special really.

Generic yaoi manga, uke don't want to confess cause he's afraid to break the friendship relation he have for the seme. It's a balance of angst and comedy. The 3rd party is great as well not you're typical kind that want to break off the main couple and never give up on them. The art is great as well and even though this kind of story was like you're typical yaoi, it's still great.

I really really love this manga. I love both of the main characters, and I actually really love Soejima's character, too. You never understand whose side he's on XD, even though by the end, you're pretty sure he was a good guy all along. I'm looking forward to reading more of his story in Kooporasu e Youkoso. Unlike elenaluz, I didn't find the cluelessness of the two main characters to be annoying... I thought it was kind of cute. Especially since they had a great relationship and working chemistry all along. ^_^ Sometimes it gets annoying to always throw couples together in yaoi mangas right off the bat just so that there can be a bunch of smex. >< I also loved all of Midori's thoughts, and even Takahiro's shocking revelation- I mean, that really made my heart flip along with Midori's. I think that this manga was superb. Maybe I'm biased because I adore Yamakami Riyu... but I mean, all of her mangas are so awesome! XD

I suppose I'm in stark contrast to what elenaluz thought; this story had a really profound affect on me, with some of the serious self-reflective thoughts hitting home hard. I was also annoyed by Soejima's character, but two nice guys with no clue of what's going on, he really was necessary evil heh.

As far as constructive criticism goes, it would have been quite helpful for the reader to be exposed to Takahiro's flippant ways earlier in the story with an actual encounter; rather than being from Midori mentioning it to himself.

I didn't like this manga. The main characters seemed so utterly clueless, just to keep them from getting together until the end. The only good point was Soejima-senpai. Whether you think he's good, or evil, or both, he's at least funny, and more active, perceptive, open, and honest than the two main characters.
