There is a child and an adult sexual relationship... No please , no.
I don't usually leave comments but I had to warn other people. This is a spoiler, so fair warning:
In my opinion, this should be tagged as shouta. The story starts nicely with a man being "haunted" by a sweet ghost who's in love with him. Experienced yaoi readers will quickly guess that the ghost isn't actually a ghost but rather the soul of someone who's in a coma. The plot mostly revolves around the uke getting over the death of his boyfriend and the way the ghost supports him in slowly overcoming his grief was touching.
However the twist is that the ghost isn't an adult, this is a very young child who had a crush on the uke since the one time he visited his kindergarten and who, for some unexplained reason, took on the appearance of an adult the whole time he was "haunting" him. Now this could have been a cute story had it been the one-sided innocent crush of a young boy on an adult.
But no, the two of them had sex when he was in his adult form and it was explicit. What was the author thinking? To make it even worse, the child wakes up from his coma with all his memories intact. A child with the memories of having sex with an adult. This isn't cute, this is super gross and there's no self awareness from the uke, not a single moment of regret. The ending indicates that he will keep in touch with the kid and basically groom him until he reaches real adulthood.
I really wish I could unread.
