Very different to the drama. Just a heads up for those that wanna read it. To me, this manhwa is so much better than drama (not hating the drama of course), it seems juicier. Unfortunately the characters, namely the Yang Sun is pretty much the same as the drama (so far). I really recommend this manhwa, especially those that watched the drama to see the differences and to look at the pretty manhwa art (definitely a lot better than some other manhwa art).

This is a really interesting story with great characters and lovely art, mixing historical Korea with vampire fantasy, but it has some fatal flaws.

To list a few:

1. Some of the male characters look too alike and it's confusing. Also, I think there might be a few too many characters that the author is focusing on - too many side stories going on.

2. There are often several chapters without any interaction between the main couple, and these chapters really drag - especially the ones that give you a glimpse into the male lead's backstory. Yes, we want to know this, but we don't want a full five chapters at a time shoving it down our throats.

3. I'm not sure I understand the mind of the female lead. One minute she's acting all independent, and then she's acting all clingy and needy. Huh?

It's worth a read despite these flaws. The pace is a bit slow but I'm thinking it's going to pick up.
