Description

In Change 123, we meet Motoko, a girl with a very strange problem. In order to cope with her 3 adoptive fathers' incredibly intensive training methods, she developed multiple personalities, each with a different martial specialty. But what happens if none of them can beat her opponent on their own? And what further nugget of wisdom will be imparted by the great Kamen Raider?

the art is good, clean.. the story is funny... it's something that we can enjoy reading... nothing stressful, and yes it has a very good potential, it's a pretty popular manga in Japan.. so lots to come... hope it gets translated quickly, i can't wait for the next chapters....

Although I despise ecchi, I just LOVE this series so very much. (Guhhh ) I love how the main character has multiple split personalities, each very interesting on their own, the strong kick-ass female characters, the logical explanations for the psychological aspect and the pleasant atmosphere in general. And although many people complained of the main male lead of being weak physically, he's actually a very strong person inside.I like how he's not afraid to stand Not to mention, it is rare to find a shounen manga where the guy is so understanding and caring to the girl. I am left in awe after reading 7 volumes(some raws). This is an incrediably intense action manga that is so exciting to read! The action sequences are the absolute highlight of this manga, it show cases some of the best artistry of a new comer Iwasawa Shiuri who I now feel is one of the best in the business. Apart from the amazing art, the plot surprisingly is unpredictable and highly entertaining with a dash of comedy! This has alot potential to be an all time classic, it has a sexy heroine, great art, and a captivating story, if those three things dont rock your boat I dont know what will. Just go to show there's never can account for taste. This manga is very noteworthy in many aspects. The multiple personalities is quite rare to see in manga, and it seem quite deep. Some science parts seem too unbelievable, but then it's manga, suspension of disbelief is a requirement. The two most interesting aspects are characters and humours. Our hero is a weak boy who grew up in the environment of hero anime, ie typical boy. Still, his character is quite deep and can attract our attentions. the four personalities of the girl are very diverse and distintive. Also, the same can be said for all the other characters. Even the big fat housewife mother of our hero is very interesting in her own right, which tell us something about all of them. The humour in this manga is dry, sometimes too dark, but always funny in a twisted way. i think a lot of readers who skim ahead got turn off by this. Shrug! Jump ahead and fall into a hole, that's the fact of life for you. Fact is, this manga is a rare kind. you dont find them much, so dont skip it.

Halfway through, this manga stopped being about how many panty shots you could fit into a chapter and started focusing on things like laughter, life, and character. It isn't the sweetest story I've ever read, but it tries hard to come close to it. And there's a good deal of stuff that may or may not make sense, but it really leaves you with a smile and a really happy feeling. All in all, it may take a little plowing through in the beginning, but definitely a manga to pick up and read if you have the time. At the beginning we have the male protagonist who isn't the best looking guy, nor the strongest, but he has a sense of justice and is kind. Though he is practically useless in a fight (that changes later on) he tries anyway, which usually results in a large amount of injury (that unlike other manga doesn't heal right away). Likable characters, great art, and a nice helping of ecchi/fanservice make this a VERY nice read!

This manga is just a really good time. Its light not very deep, has some ecchi moments, nice art, cute girls, fun action, some gags, a rough plot, a bit of romance thrown in, likable fun characters. I don't have any serious complaints. Sure a few things are out there and a few characters are over the top, but nothing that should stop your enjoyment. Some complain that the male lead is just a wimpy otaku, but that's the point. He's not supposed to be the martial arts expert in this series. Mainly its the wide variety of girls that kick butt. If you want a strong male lead read another series. He also has his strong points. He's willing to put his body on the line to protect people, so he's brave in his own way. He's also just a sweet kid and I think that comes across well and the reason why Motoko likes him. Its a darn shame that the series doesn't have a stronger following (maybe its got too many topless moments). Its also a bummer that the series is ending, I wouldn't have minded it going on a few more volumes. But I guess its better than dragging on too long like some other mangas out there.

I don't get how manga with a plot and artwork like this doesn't make it into the "mainstream" manga lineup what everyone knows about. Honestly, the story is seductive enough to make me completely ignore the ecchi...i couldnt even recognize ecchiness until i saw it in the scanlation credits. ITs definately a good mix of romance (though a bit shallow) and martial arts (girls kicking butt, is there anything greater?). Its a must read if you enjoy good art or a plot.

Art is terrific and story have a good pace. Main protagonist is a wuzz, but hopefully he'll get better. Other then that, it's a fun read. Has alot of potential. Btw, who is this artist?
