Cliche, cliche, cliche! *underlined and boldened*

Even though the plot didn't seem original at all at first glance, I decided to give this manga a try. Sometimes, good execution turns cliche plot into a good read. Nope, not this time. I cringed after reading the first few pages, rolled my eyes while skimming through the rest, and was left completely unimpressed by the art, which is cliche itself.
I think I would be less harsh with this manga if I was 10 year younger and new to the yaoi genre. After all, it is not a terrible work. Yet it is definitely bland and most likely will be forgotten as soon as you move on to the next manga.

I'm not really sure why people like this one so much. It wasn't bad, but it was extremely average. Very cliche, very done before, nothing at all remarkable about it including the art. The story was both rushed and boring at the same time. I really did not believe at any point that there was love between them.

Art and Story: One of Nishimura-sensei's Best

This one is one of my two favourites done by Nishimura-sensei. Along with Kishidou Club, this story is engaging, the characters are compelling and the art is spectacularly unique, recognizable and unusual for yaoi with it's heavy lines.

She has a common theme of a strong, determined but vulnerable uke and a manuipulative (with a reason, of course! lol) seme that tends to lose his temper. The dynamic she creates of the two main characters and the secondary ones surrounding them is interesting.

I love Nishimura Shuuko's works, her art is spectacular albeit slightly messy on the outlines. personally i think Aijin is one of her better works even though the plot itself is not unlike hundreds of other BL mangas with high profiled seme and an uke of humble origins.
As the summary suggested, the uke wanted to save the shopping centre and therefore initiated a physical relationship with the seme. it's mostly a romance story with almost no angst. although initially it was purely physical as the story progresses you could clearly see how much the seme and uke cared for each other.

very simple, ordinary and cute in a silly way story. *yawns* nothing special at all. just the usual Yaoi cliches mixed with an average style art and straight forward story plot line. give it a try if you have nothing better to read.

Mmm, the art in this is spectacular. The characters are relatively interesting, and the story is quite cute. The only trouble here seems that in a few places there were some transitional problems between panels and pages, I thought maybe I had skipped a page the changes were so sudden, but no. Other than that I'd say this is quite a lovely read.

This mangaka seems to be fond of big shot semes who bind their ukes with all sorts of agreements. This story is a softer variation of the theme with a kinder seme and the usual sweet, selfless uke. Overall it's done well so if you find the plot description to be interesting then you will not be disappointed with that's inside.
