Description
From Nekohana: An historical shoujo manga about Spain and Japan. Maria lives a quiet peaceful life in Spain except for the constant affections of Antonio, but fate changes when Maria trips onto Koujirou, a samurai.
This is by Ueda Rinko who also drew Tsuki no Shippo (Tail of the Moon, which is in America's Shojo Beat.) It's not as good as some of her other works perhaps, and the more you read of her works the more you get tired of the repetition, but if you are a fan of her then you will like this. Her art is really nice as always.
excelent and original! not your everyday shoujo, i recommend it to anyone ^.^ the plot is well written, the art is gorgeous and the characters are ineresting, definetely a great read!
This is such an adorable and charming manga. Its length is short (only 2 volumes), but it packs in adventure, action, romance and bishies! Fans of Rinko Ueda's work will definitely love this, as well as anyone who likes shoujo manga with a bit of something different to it. This isn't the usual high school romance story, but a real adventure with romance and... did I mention the bishies??
The main guy learned Spanish after 2 chapters o_o A bit too fast for me :p Also it was cliche when his twin brother was about to commit suicide the girl helped him out. I mean it was cute and everything but why can't they ever smirk, tell them they deserved it and be happy???
6/10 because nothing memorable, I'll probably forget it all once I sleep and will never reread it again.
It was the title more than anything else that made me want to read the story. I can't seem to connect how the title connects to the story, but it was a good, sweet story.
