Description
Paraphrase is a series of stand-alone short stories. Each story has a different emotion to it, normally towards the end.

Good lord, this was smutty! I have no problem with smut, but let me just warn future readers what the summary didn't - about 3/4 of this manga is devoted to detailed smut.... with lots of semen. Buckets of it.
The first chapter was unsettling in some ways, and seemed to be missing a lot. However, it improves after that, so don't be discouraged.
The artwork was pleasing, but the characters didn't really stand out, and the plots were slightly odd. I have so many mixed feelings about this manga.
If you're in the mood for hardcore yaoi that has more plot than just simply "two strangers begin a steamy affair by chance", then this is for you. All together, this is like a grown-up, darker version of Junjou Romantica.

...is pretty much how I would describe anything by Takakura Row but, quite frankly, I love him/her for it. It is just so fabulously hardcore with a nice layer of BDSM on top.This manga is definitely follows the "PWP" (Plot What Plot?) theory of story writing. Like most smutty mangas of this kind, sometimes the lack of much actually story works and sometimes it doesn't. I personally thought Sympathetic Pins was hilarious as well as totally hot.
I really like this mangaka, but I was mostly disappointed by these stories. The art was also not her usual standard (this is an earlier work). Personally I found 1, 4 and 6 to be alright (they were slightly darker or kinkier than the others). The rest I've already forgotten.

What shall I say about this one.. The manga certainly has a 'trait' to it, especially when it comes to the nature of the stories presented. Now regarding each of these one-shots, they do vary in the themes and plots, and inevitably quality. I don't exactly feel like they're really my cup of tea, but I can appreciate the mangaka's efforts; she's got her own style after all, and for that I think that I don't dislike this manga either. Also, I must say that the smut is quite okay, so at least I wasn't disappointed in that department, haha.
all of those one shot are HOT and i like them very much EXCEPT the LAST story. yeah the last story is the worst! i hate the story line and the ending is also hanging , unclear... but the other one shot are good.
Personally, the rating I gave this series of oneshots is really just for the first one. The rest of them are great for people who like really smutty yaoi with bdsm thrown in (quite a bit of it actually). I'm not a fan of all the stories (I don't care much at all for 2 and 4 and some of the others are really just mediocre for me in terms of plot [better known as set-up -> 'cause it really does follow the PWP concept]).
As for the first story, I've always really liked it because even if it wasn't fully intentional (since all the others only have 2 dimensional plots at best I start to wonder...), but the story had a surprising amount of complexity.
The potential for such a twist in the plot has always made me think back to this story and after however many manga I've read, to keep on remembering this story makes me want to give it full marks.
Oh, and for the smut lovers, there are also some added 1-page scenerios in between chapters which allow you to cook up your own thoughts on the goings-on in them.

It seems debatable whether the brother really was in love with his younger sibling, or whether he truly loved the main character, and by the end, even the main character starts to seem closer to the older brother than his actual boyfriend. Of course, the untimely death of the brother leaves everything open to question indefinitely and only the two younger guys are left to mourn the loss of someone close to them.

Story one: brother sleeps with his brothers boyfriends, the boyfriend sleeps around to get money for his boyfriend. pretty much lots of cheating, and they try to excuse this behavior with pretty excuses. also, the guy never finds out what his brother and boyfriend did.
I cant remember much about the other stories, i do know that it one story a boys friend sleeps with his dad, because he "loves" him and wants to be with someone who shares his DNA...
