The FMC is seriously lacking in the responsibility (or brains, or both) department. If I was her parent, I would have grounded her indefinitely for going off on a date and leaving her three toddler siblings home alone.

This oneshot makes me want to scream out loud that I love sweet shoujo manga to death!
It's cute and light. Here we have typical plot with big sis have to take care her little siblings, but the kids are lovable and innocent. They are so small yet they are already devoted and caring.
The romance is also acceptably delivered with a nice and thoughtful male lead wink
