This manga is actually the sequel of Ibara no Ori. This mangas full name is Ibara no Ori - Hakoniwa no Naka no Jiyuu. The prequel has not yet been scalated. So if you read this one you will have to read between the lines to figure out the whole plot(unless you can read Chinese/Japanese).
The art is pretty, the story is ok for a light read. Since I can't read Chinese or Japanese I can't give a better critique since I haven't read the prequel.
