I'm quite speechless. This was an excellent read. Very good and very disturbing. Just wow. It is very psychological, so I don't see much use in over-interpreting the storyline. Overall it gave a fitting picture of childhood and youth gone wrong.

Also, I think I have to mention this: I was under the impression for a while that I had read this one already, which turned out to be wrong. There are just some chapters here and there online, so look for it carefully and don't just settle for the first story/chapter.

i like the first story, it got all my fetish -incest, rape, shota. very good, excellent art and the tension and mind break made me shiver.
i dont like the story at school though. it is too convoluted, with people acting like theres no law or self-preservation or logic. i cant wrap around my mind a school for rapist. i dont mind rape, but the institutionalized way it happen is just not logical and weird. and i fail to understand their preoccupation with sex and 'that thing'. everything feel like a mess and trying too hard to be dark or psychological.
well, just read the first story and ditch the rest.

this manga is not about yaoi (also there you can see realy hard one). but this piece is about how trauma, the shame of himself and guilt, take shape of lust and violence. how the hero is strugling inside and searching for the answers. and how hi finaly finds it. and it's a shame that there nobody was found for Tetsu to overcome his trauma T_T
i realy like these type of manga and this certain one. i can only admire of people, who can show us those deep emotions and conflicts no mater in what shape or circumsrtance. great respect to Motoni Modoru! )))

This manga shows very well how violence and crime and really dreadful things can take an attractive and erotic form ^^. I'm ashamed to say this, but though I never won't deliberately wish for those *attractive* things in my real life, somewhere deep in my heart I am longing for somethings as intense as this. That's why I was captured by the story. Still I wonder, how could mangaka wrote something like this ^^?
I don't give it 10 (I'm not even sure, if i should give it 9), because I don't sympathize with heroes. Really, aren't they nuts?!!?

TetsuxRika has got to be the most disturbing thing I have ever read.
I thought I knew what hard yaoi was before reading this but now all those other yaoi seem like syrupy sweet boys love. If you are not into hard yaoi, you're definitely not ready for this manga. The concepts that this manga deal with are so immense, it hits you to the core. The psychological messages are hard to understand, and maybe it wasn't meant to be understood, but just expressed. The story also stands out because of its outstanding characterization.
This yaoi is the most shocking, disturbing story I've ever read and I give it a ten because it's so brilliant.

but the violence and the angst gives u a different kind of feeling when u finish reading.. really messed up characters LOL really f***ed up shit hahaha

This was so heart-wrenching to read.
It's so twisted, so messed-up, so TRAGIC that it stabbed my heart.
I felt like crying with the characters.

okey folks i have no easy way to put this but this is filled with all sorts of disturbing matters such as

incest (little brother hiroactually thought it was NORMAL to french kiss ur brother before bed because of tetsu's example) pedofilia, father out of the picture, deceased mother who committed suicide, and i think the boys might have a mother complex maybe? because the address eachother as "mama" and tetsu said his cocked pulsed and was engourged with blood at the sight of his mother being violated by her rapist and he came hard in his pants when he watched her 'dangling body piss itself' o_O
that was like the only thing that REALLY disturbed me was when he said those gross words IMO. Otherwise it was a great read i just wished she could of continued

I don't understand this. The disturbing factor is certainly high here and there's definitely something psychological at work here, but it's not something I can grasp or understand. You could say that there's nothing here to grasp BUT the sex, but I really...I really don't know.

This was creepy. Made me flash back to all those videos we watched in Health&safety to demonstrate what child abuse was. THIS is what they were talking about, mos def.
The art's not bad. Actually, it's really...good. Unfortunately, it's her characterizations that confuses me and scares me the most. She can characterize an innocent and a corrupt person so well.

I recently read Sakura Gari and I thought I could handle this. The guys from that series are tame compared to this series. Tetsu....is a real piece of work. Ah, I'm just ranting now. Try it if you're THAT curious, but don't say you weren't warned.

I read this before reading the main series that follows these events. I have to say the intensity and content really shocked me. Im willing to say this and its related series are the most psychologically disturbing i've found in manga, but for that they are brilliant. I recommend reading it, however be warned that incest, rape and paedophilia are strong themes used in this series.
