Speaking as someone who has a tendency to obsess over things and people, and as one who has been the object of an obsession, this manga is startlingly realistic. Because, yes, people can really feel that intensely for one another. It's sort of rare and not at all healthy, but it does happen.

Anyway, what I'm saying is, this manga is realistic and deals with some of the darker parts of the human psyche, and is a very interesting read from nearly any perspective (if you let yourself be open to something non-traditional, that is).

I mean, it does say it's for a mature audience.. and that it get's psychological and twisted , so sure it's not your usual fluff.
It goes deeper, exploring the egoistical human nature, of wanting to possess someone so badly that it's not even sain anymore.
It about the dark side of love, when you want someone so much that you'd like to swallow them up and never let go.
And can someone really say that they never hurt their loved one on purpose ,just to see that pained expression that confirms that they care about you?

yup, recently..i read from a scanlating group called "a willful muse" that this title have been disqualified from being picked up..because of those fraud voters...when i found out about this (i'm too late from voting because i have no idea that this is one of the big 3 that they're planning to pick up) there's another new batch of titles that are being voted...i really hope they'd consider this title in the future...despite this event...

coz personally even if it's CREEPY for its OBSSESSED theme, it's my first time reading such shoujo theme..that's why I'm patiently waiting for this title to be pick up again and hopefully finished...

This is some disturbing/scary es aich ai ti!! Finished vol 2 and I do not feel like reading vol3... I can pretty much predict from now. Dont ask for too much love people.. u'll regret it!!

Right now I'm reading chapter three, and I must say, this manga is incredibly disturbing. Megane-kun is so freaky; he wants to completely own Chouko. I really wonder how this is going to turn out.

seriously the most twisted and awkward manga i've ever read....that guy is so scary....sure there is warning to that in the description of the manga...but coming from me...a person who was previously stalked by an obsessive ex...i find this amzingly haunted and waaaaaaayyyy creepy....seriously nightmarish.....=(

honestly....i feel for the protagonist in this manga....scary stuff....but she may be a masochist or a sadist cuz she still loves her even in his pyscho possessive manner....but that's just my opinion....read it if you like that sort of story......SCARY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also .... i couldn't force myself to even finsh it after the first 2-3 chapters cuz is seriously freaked me out

This is a really good exploration of the thin line between love and hate. Their feelings for each other have been clouded with resentment and the passage of time, but they are definitely in love. It's so effed up. I love it so much.

And yeah, there are blatant themes of sadism, masochism, and chauvinism, but this is a love story between two psychos. You kind of have to take it with a grain of salt.

If you're here for fun, cute or happy, move along. This one is for the fans of dark, creepy, yanderish romances.

The relationship between the two main characters often times comes across as a unhealthy obsession more than anything else. Any type of sweet moment is usually preceded or followed by another unsettling scene. Though we're barely into the third volume, nothing much has really happened within the story. The whole plot seems to be stuck in a cycling pattern that repeats itself and allows for little character development.

Furthermore, the female protagonist falls into your category of happy-go-lucky and cry at the drop of a pin type leads. No backbone and pathetic breakdowns rarely make for my favorite type of characters. The fact that she's so one-dimensional makes it difficult to sympathize with her situation or her problems.

Clearly dark romances don't run to my tastes, so consider this dropped. On to the next one.

This story is so amazing and seems really life like. It's amazing and draws you in. The pictures aren't half bad either. I have never seen another manga like this and I would absolutely recommend it to ANYONE.

I didn't think anything special was going to come out of manga and then i kept reading it and i was hooked. I really love this manga because its not the cliche shoujo that i know many of read. I love Tachiro because he is really possessive-mean person who loves Chokou. Everything seems so well put, it really is a shame that they stopped translating this manga... i really hope a group picks it up and continues with the story.
