You don't normally get to see Germany being all meek and soft-hearted like this so it was definitely a nice chance for him to act the younger brother role that he is with Prussia. Granted, canon Prussia is much more of a loser than this doujinshi's version of him lol, but it's still interesting to see how things'd mix up if these two brothers' dynamics got reversed.
