Description
Shun Hayasaka is a cross-dresser in high school who secretly enjoys posting pictures of himself in drag online. This earns him several fans, one of whom is Yasuda, a 32-year-old man suffering from depression who has trouble communicating with others. After they meet up in real life and start having sex on a regular basis, Shun is unsure what to do when Yasuda starts expressing more interest in him than just as a sexual partner.

This was surprisingly very deep and not what I was expecting to bump into when trolling for a cute trap story on Hachimitsu's website. That's what I get for not looking up the manga here for once lol
The drawing style and psychological themes (and the title, when I think about it) reminds me strongly of Hideyoshico, I even went back to check if Fumi Fumiko wasn't another of her pen names. And yes, that's a high praise from me.
This is starting to sound less like a coherent review and more like my ramblings ... but I guess I need time to properly think about everything. So I'll just say I'm definitely going to check out more from this mangaka.

End of chap 1: wtfff this is soooo cute like how the fk is this psychological??!??
End of chap 2: so that's why...
LOLOLOL anyway
This manga has its own beauty, and I feel like I have a love-hate relationship about it. I don't like how Hayasaka almost killed Yasuda, but I understand that it's just him not accepting that he loves Yasuda. He felt that he was a good for nothing, just like Yasuda when he's in Yasuda's age. It's sad and happy in it's own way. But oh well, all's well that ends well lol. And I reallyyy loved Yasuda's last line when he finally came to terms in dealing with his mental issues. The fact that Yasuda wanted to kill himself so much but tried to keep on living for Hayasaka (and himself, of course) was just too beautiful. In the end, Hayasaka accepted his hobby and for who he is, and Yasuda denied suicidal thoughts. I love the "irony" and how both of the characters felt peace for the first time of their life.

I was just browsing for some cute school stories but this manga come out of nowhere and hit me in the feels. The art is very airy that it contrast beautifully with the gravity of the emotions the characters experienced. Even with the titillating way the main character act like a sadistic dom, it cannot detract from the sombre atmosphere so you wont feel its right to act lewdly. A great yaoi for anyone.

hmm i have so many thoughts after finishing this manga. where to start. well the art was nice, sketchy and sometimes it looked like a work of an amateur but it had its charms and it expressed well all the feelings of the charas. this was a deep slice of life story, in my opinion.
as i enjoyed this deep story full of real shit u might as well try it too~ if u like cross-dressers like me~

at first i thought that the time skip will happen just at the end and not in the middle....still it made sense, kinda. it did end well, with them being together even after the years of separation. thanks to the art they didnt look as old as they were, kinda xD and i liked that hayasaka-kun found himself in the end and decided to live true to himself..... so yeah, i didnt like the big time skip,
but otherwise it was a good deep story, and i kinda want to put slice of life as its genre, haha.as i enjoyed this deep story full of real shit u might as well try it too~ if u like cross-dressers like me~

I was not expecting this at all. This story had cutesy art but a dark atmosphere. It was interesting to see complex themes like depression and the MCs reasoning for crossdressing addressed, but I felt the writing just skimmed the surface. The mangaka could have fleshed it out more.
One thing I really liked was the positive portrayal of the female characters in this. Especially Tanabe, she was so sweet and cute!

I'm almost weirded out at the combination of things in this. At first it felt like nothing more than just your average crossdresser/otaku story or whatever (these stories are more usually aimed at men), but then the emotional connection between them had me waver and feel like there might be a little bit of depth. But already by ch2 there is some serious issues brought up and an almost realistic depiction of depression and how devastating it is when it's not taken seriously. I just don't get how all this, combined with this cutesy artstyle, go together? But it does!
I do have some minor issues with it, but mostly because of taste and not because of a job badly done. But one thing that is just amazing is the friend, Tanabe-san. From her amazing personality to the way she looks. I love everything about her and I do hope that she had the most sparkling future of all!
