made for readers who like bullying, using physical or mental strength to trick or ensnare somebody and S&M in general. If you are one of them you will like this collection. The art is very good. Some stories have decent plot, some are plotless since they were created just for one purpose. That's all.

I normally hate student/teacher mangas because the mangaka won't portray the coupling as it is in real life: a relationship based on control and power. This manga plays the coupling straight and shows how abuse is perpetrated and perpetuated in vulnerable teens. The cycle continues, and this is a great, twisted manga to show how it plays out. Great dark manga that deals with themes of abuse and power.

Nocturnal Flight I like. It's dark, gritty, and does not take you to a place of healing. However, it also does not make any pretense at being loving and healing. I haven’t had read anything so consciously messed up in such a long while. Like this isn’t passing off rape as sex or glamorizing it in any way; it’s out right showing how predatory behavior takes place, and how violence is perpetuated, without sugar coating it, and how cycles of violence are not only put into motion but are re-enforced as well. Recently, I have also come to be more invested in the question of how such instances can be/should be shown.

Ichigo Pon to Sakeda: No. You see, the art is good, that I can’t deny. What I also can’t deny is that this is a shit manga.
