Description
From Rebellious Love:
During her summer break before entering high school, Mimori Ichigo goes to her grandmother's house near the ocean. There, she helps out at her grandmother's shop. One day while walking her grandmother's dog in the evening, she meets a boy named Kouki. They meet again, but this time she also meets Kouki's cousin named Taiga. For some odd reason Kouki has no memory of when they met and Taiga begs her to not tell him either. Later, she and Kouki sneak out to watch the fireworks, but they separate dramatically. When Ichigo goes to high school, coincidentally, Kouki and Taiga are also there, but they have no memory of her. Are they faking it or are they just lying? If so, why lie?

My Japanese level isn't very high but this book was fairly easy and contained furigana for almost all (except the handwritten bits) kanji. The story art was clean and quite cute and funny at times. The pace is well done and the characters are being nicely developed. I'm looking forward to book 2!

Read Through the Korean Raws...

It's simple and cute. And then BAM. The mangaka starts adding these 'emotional' side stories. They felt rushed, and I felt that she wasn't able to make the most of those plots. I mostly enjoyed the school-life shoujo in this, but her attempt at a dramatic plot was somewhat in vain. No tear jerker despite the story. But the on the most part, this manga was pretty entertaining.
