Yumekui Kenbun is done in the style of Petshop of Horrors. Each chapter is separate story, all connected by Hiruko, a dream eater. Sometimes a chapter would give background or reveal a little more about Hiruko.
In every chapter, a "customer" visits Hiruko asking him to rid them of their nightmare. There is usually a dark twist in each story, which makes it kinda fun :3
I like this manga a lot. It seems there's a lesson to be learned in each story.

This manga is one of the best I've ever read from a dark perspective. Not very typical in the sense of relationships and bonds, quite unique and towards the end, the plot took an unexpected twist which was very well done.

This manga is really amazing. The artwork is very lovely and there are multiple layers to EVERYTHING (though you actually have to read the japanese version to get a lot of the double meanings). SiH does an admirable job scanlating.
Every chapter does have some lesson on the folly of mankind. Often, each chapter has a very dark twist (though we occasionally read chapters with happy endings; emphasis on 'occasionally'). The characters are likeable and each chapter is unique. Definitely recommended.

I discovered this little jewel when SiH first scanlated it... and then my computer died on me.
A few weeks ago, I found most of the volumes in the library... and am thoroughly enjoying it once again.
The art is fantastic, there are always twists and turns with each customer that comes and goes, the underlying plot that steadily grows clearer but not revealing too much with every volume, and the characters each contribute to the story/(ies).
EDIT:
Lowering my score. I thought it was fantastic at first, but then it started wrapping up and everything got confusing. Maybe it takes another round to understand everything but it was impossibly confusing and boring at the end.
