The short stories were really well written and although I say "connecting" they all can be read on their own. It's just nice that the author decided to explore more of the characters I really liked. The only thing I felt didn't fit into the collection was the last story. Too long to be a short story and too short to develop certain events and characters for a longer story, which made the story feel incomplete and rushed.
All in all I really love the author's style, the sentimental writing and the corresponding art.

I finally got around to reading this, and I'm so happy I did. I will say that it wasn't as sad as I feared. I found the longest story to be the most boring(car racing just isn't my thing), so even though I was supposed to be moved by it, I was mostly just feeling impatient. I think I felt that way due to spoilers though... I was also a little distracted thinking about how EVERY male member of this specific racing team was gay/some other flavor of queer in such a classy and otherwise mature series. It was a very weird, tropey detail. Anyway, it was beautiful, the art was gorgeous, most of the characters were lovely, and I enjoyed it thoroughly. My favorites have to be Callo and Diego, because I adore brats lol

I want to make a comment on this because it's one of my favorite series. I'm not one for yaoi really because it often has rapey situations and just a whole jumble of weird situations. I caught up to wolf in the house by Bak ji yeon (finally off hiatus) and saw this was her other work. I love it, the simple artwork with black lines and hints of color. The multiple stories and the perfect humor. highly recommend. there are quite a few stories and some intertwine but damn. and all the sex scenes are so sensual and nice (and consensual) its gorgeous

Ok, not gonna lie. I read 2 chapters and my first thought was "this is almost exactly like that Sherlock fanfic I read!" Lol (The fic is 'Performance in a Leading Role,' and it's fantastic, if anyone was interested.) So far not sure what to expect from Momentum, it seems ok. But I am curious where it goes, if the plot will get any deeper than "costars end up banging."
