This is really cute and sweet! The pacing is very nice. I appreciate that the supernatural element is key to the story (rather than just a vague way to differentiate a generic romance).

simple, cute and refreshing. fall back in to the tipical archetypes in the setting of old japan in a world of ghost, ghoblin and the spooky. cute and light read.

From artwork to the conversations; from the paneling to the pacing; from the execution of the story to the plot line to the characterization; from the title page to the ending credits; I absolutely love everything about this. This is one of those manga about whom I can say that I feel I will read only a few dozen of such moving works in my life.
The English transliteration is something like: Fleeting Picture Script. I am still unable to understand this properly even after reading it three times now, but one day when I have learned Japanese, and Japanese literature, I will understand this. Definitely.

This mangaka has a very unique style and I have to say I like it a lot. Makes the little adventure that these two characters and their adorable fox spirit companion embarked on quite enjoyable to follow if I do say so myself. It's not very deep but it doesn't have to be, and I thought the mix between romance and adventure in the story was quite balanced. I also absolutely love the cast, and that includes all the side characters, no matter how minor, as well. Again, it's all thanks to the mangaka's delivery that turned such a story alive. And oh gosh the chibi drawings are soo cutee I adore them so much!

me *after reading tons of bara/masculine uke, cliche, drama, etc.*: this manga is so cute and refreshing, now I could die in peace. The drawing is classic, story is simple, innocent and stupid uke with an innocent and cool seme lol. Very pure and relaxing.
