I actually quite liked the first story. Sure the heroine was everything I hate in a shoujo girl, but at least she thought things like "how do I know if he's a con artist" instead of just blindly stumbling on without giving it the least bit of consideration. And the ending was particularly nice, it had a little twist that I hadn't expected.
The second story was nice. I liked it but it was still pretty predictable, although very sweet.
The third I gave up on. The heroine annoyed me so much in eight pages that I skipped it.
The last one I liked. It reminded me of Chain of Pearls with all the football stuff.
Overall, it's average, a nice read. As with all oneshots, there's a limit to how much character development and time can be spent falling in love. I quite liked the stories (apart from the 3rd one).

sometimes i don't know how to react to sakurakoji-sensei's work. When its cute, its utterly enjoying... and then there's a flop like the last story... *sigh* but the second story is cute and the third story is funny. i can't believe making an omelet is that hard. haha!
cute shoujo

Typical shoujo, light warm-hearted reading (:
good if you don't want any heavy manga's and are just looking for some romance one's.
overall, 9 (:

I agree with the two previous reviewers; I found the first chapter rather dull. I was tempted to drop this whole thing but ended up continuing because I already had the rest downloaded. I'm glad I did, because I absolutely adored the second story.
The art is not bad, but it's not particularly good, either.
Chapter 1 - 5/10
The story was typical. Boy tricks girl, but miraculously falls in love in the middle of it. Fairly dull; don't let it stop you from continuing to the next story.
Chapter 2 - 9/10
"A Thousand and One Nights" is the story of a girl who works in a bookstore and an author who's been watching her from a distance. Rather than the sugary first chapter that required total suspension of disbelief, this story was really touching and memorable. The characters are interesting and more realistic, also. You're bound to fall in love with this one.
Chapter 3 - 8/10
This one was just pure fun! It's about a little girl's goal to become a good cook in order to catch up with her friend, Aki, whom she likes - but the focus is more on her determination and growth than on romance, which I liked. The main character is bright and cheery, and it's not hard to admire her never-give-up attitude.
Chapter 4 - 6/10
It was cute, but the main characters' troubles at the soccer club were brushed over so quickly that it left me confused, wondering what happened. There was one moment where he obviously got into trouble with his seniors and thought he was going to get dropped from the club, but there was only one panel before that showing a bunch of people angry at him? Totally confusing. The conflict between the guy and the girl turned out to be a misunderstanding on both sides - rather an anticlimax.
I recommend skipping the first and fourth; just read the second and third stories.

I liked the second better. This may have something to do with the fact that I prefer "blackmail" stories to "Only using you, sorry, but I fell in love in the middle...." stories. A subcategory is the "bet" type. Anyway, I much preferred the second.

Hmm. I was pretty much indifferent to the first story. I liked the second story a lot more though... the characters were a little more interesting/original, and it had some funny moments. Maybe also because the guy in story 2 wears glasses..? (haha)
