Perhaps I came into this with my expectations too high because I really loved Demon Diary, but aside from being a decent read overall, I didn't find Angel Diary something to write home about. It started off well, and the basis premise and characters were interesting. But the authors unfortunately didn't do a very good job of developing said premise, because it turned into a giant, convoluted mess. New characters popped in left and right, relationships and feelings changed on a dime and everything became draggy, overly melodramatic and confusing. On the upside, things picked up in the final stretch and the ending was rewarding, and I enjoyed most of the romance between Dong Young and Bi Wal.

It was totally worth reading.

But that's just my opinion anyways. Everyone else was pretty awesome, in their own way of course. I liked Ryung the most, because he's completely different from everyone else and... he has long hair.
(I have a thing for bishies with long hair, seriously.)

Tbh throughout this whole manga ive only laughed once and you know what it doesn't get boring I think it always was for every chapter Im finding it soo loooooong and boring and its really dragging. I'm not seeing anything special about this manwha and the storyline is boring why does it need 15 volumes ?? I'm on vol 7 right now and I really hope it gets better I really hope it does *sigh* EDIT:: yep I was right this manga/manwha or whatever sucked it was really boring predictable and tbh I couldn't go on so I skipped but still that didn't help I really feel worthless today for reading this I'm feel pathetic even .

I've read the whole series, I own the whole series, and I think it was enjoyable. For the few people that said it wasn't deep or that it was full of cliches, well, what story isn't? It's all about how they go about dealing w/ the cliches that matter to me at least.
I'm particularly picky about the female characters and in this story Dong-young and Ah-hin and Mi-hyang we're cool...I especially liked Dong-young's refusal to become more girly even after she realized that she was in love w/ Bi-wal...overall she was always a tomboy...and even though she was beyond stupid she managed not to annoy me....
Overall,yes the story is fairly shallow, but it was a fun read....
My only complaint was that Ee-jung was not fleshed out more. That he never outgrew his sister complex kinda annoyed me even though it made for some funny scenes, after reading that side story involving Ee-jung and that girl from his school,it just seemed like such wasted potential....
He was the only one that didn't have any other attachments other than Ah-hin...even Ryung had Se-in...
Oh and that we never got a clear picture of Dong-young's dad, since he seemed like such a fun character too...

I liked this manga! It had action, romance, comedy, character development and a good ending. It's definitely a story i've never came across before so that's also a bonus but all in all, it was very refreshing to read a manga that has a mix of everything!

First thing: I LOVE the art! I love the eyes, the detail, the expressions...they were absolutely gorgeous, IMO.

The plot was seriously amazing. It was a bit hard to get into it at first (I was so confused!), but once you got over the first few chapters, everything slowly starts making sense. And I love the idea of Heaven and Hell. And there's lots of humor, too! Especially when it's randomly in the middle of an big scene, it actually made me laugh out loud. ^^ The only thing that bothered me was how you could kind of guess what was going to happen next in some parts...or why it was happening.

Ending was absolutely perfect, no worries there.

There were a few cliches, but you get over it quickly, so it's not really that big of a deal.

Romance was PERFECT. Not too little, and not too overboard, either.

And the characters...while the main character was not really *that* developed, I loved her strong personality and how funny she is when she's acting all dumb. XD And there are LOTS of gorgeous guys. *___* Bishounen love!

Negative side: Although it tries to be emotional, it's not really that affecting. But I thought the plot was more important in this manga (actually, I think that in all of them XD oh well!).

If you're the type to like shoujo mangas with a little fantasy, humor, and romance, and a fantastic ending, this one's for you. ^^

This is one off the story i was able to finish without content. It's really funny and meaning about sibling relationship. I think u should give it a try. It start off kind slow and confusing but if u stuck to it about vol 7 the action is plenty.

Seriously, this manwha is the best korean artwork that has such a cute and hilariously funny storyline!

The drawing is breath-taking and the situation in this manwha is not cliched AT ALL!

Everyone, trust me, read this if u love shoujo-romance because you will be so pleased with this manwha and it will be on ur top charts!!

Get the rates up because I really wish and hope that there is a sequel and if not (huuugeee disappointment but i understand since the story did sorta finish-.- but still... 12 volumes was pretty short for some reason and it can have a new story too)
maybe Lee Yun Hee {and Kara} will create another masterpiece just as good!

OMG I am in love with this manhwa, it's so good!!! Dong Young is so cute and I feel for her I would have done the same. She's really naive but that's what makes the story so funny. Bi Wal is just awesome, he's so handsome, and mysterious. You start wonder why he really is so into Dong Young. The plot is really good I was hooked after the first volume. Sorry that my review suck, I didn't really explain much >_<.
This manhwa is really good and you should read it. Bi Wal is super hot, the art is wonderful and it's one of my favorites!!!
