What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

Description
After his father died, MAKIHARA HAIJI struggle to be the best example for his little brothers and sisters. But apparently, it isn't going smoothly.
He has to accept the reality that he must enter "S class", a class that has strange students, and it's like a class for the idiots. But Haiji wants his class to be accepted by the other class, so he struggle hard. And his tiring days turn into cheerfulness with the existance of his bestfriend.

A good manga with nice story. But also has some hints of boys love.
