Starts off with a good premise, but to be honest I never saw a comedy manga go this over-the-top and derailed for no reason at all. It's just too ridiculous. If that doesn't sound too bad, go give it a try.

This manga really make me laugh louder! SO FUNNY! Not Cliche and very different with many tsundere protagonist! Very refreshing! =))
And can be sweet and cute in the same time. Like this!

the story is really good... it's one of the rare shoujo plots where in both male and female leads aren't the most handsome/pretty in the school. The female lead is not an annoying crybaby(though there was a time she cried). And she isnt clumsy and DUMB like most of shoujo heroines. she really is KICK ass cool and strong... the male lead is not the princely typical perfect (mary sue) one who is rich/talented/sporty/etc.. he is just an ordinary dude who falls in love just like anybody else (though he has a delinquent tendencies)....
sometimes when i read shoujo, there's an air that only the handsome guy deserves to be the prince/ or only the prettiest can be the princess in a romance story... BUT in this manga, it told us a reality that EVERYONE even the most normal/ordinary person in your class fall in love...(yuck i just said a cheesy line, eww)


so for those who are already sick of super hot bishies or moe cutie leading ladies, this one is for you...and dont worry coz the main leads are still lovable ... (BUT in my own standards, Hirata is still hot even if he's not described as one.)

Hilarious! I kept laughing and laughing! The main characters are not that annoying. They're pure comedy gold! Even though some of the side characters are crazy. This manga never fails to make me laugh. When you think it's a serious moment. BAM the author makes it funny <3

The story isn't much of a story. It's just a narration of everyday of Hirata and Chiemi's love life.

I think the only thing that keeps me reading this story are the side characters. They're hilarious and interesting. The male lead is alright too i suppose. He was kinda cute in chapter 5... The female seemed different at first but as the story progressed seemed kinda generic..

The series isn't that bad but the main couple get really annoying later on especially Chemi. In my opinion, I'm rooting for the backup couple, Ohno and Komaki. They're so cute together even though it's only one loved sided.

I second what everyone else said on it. The first few volumes of this manga were awesome. I laughed my head off and couldn't stop reading it. Hirata's absolutely adorable and Chiemi's pretty cute. But later on...I'm not sure. The story just started getting a little bland and repetitive, with the only new elements coming from love triangles - never my favourite in any case. From both this manga and Power!, the mangaka seems to have a problem finishing well.

the concept of Chiemi overdoing it, that is. in a few scenes, i wanted to grab her by the arms and shake her, yelling "get a grip, already!" she forgets her trust in him and her friends too easily. and she allows her emotions to run her mouth. i just wish she thought a bit more, not that she's the typical shoujo bimbo, or anything. well, a lot of the comedy stems from this flaw in her character.
i enjoy many parts of this series. it's funny and very sweet- mostly the male lead. i just wish he wasn't generally the only one to use his common sense.

this was pretty good ecept for the last few volumes the first 3 or 4 were good but the last 2 i couldnt read half of the page so i droped it but other than that it was funny and cute so if you can find good scans for this you should read it ( ive read vol 1,2,3,4 half of 5 could have read 6 but didnt)

really amazing, it's one of my favourites its not repetitive at all and is really funny, i really hate the pathetic weepy weakling girls so the heroine in this one tick all my fav boxes no down sides in my view! love love ^^
