Pedophile enabler

Look, the main couple is cute and all, but I can’t accept the way they try to make us sympathize with the pedophile teacher. Not only did he assaulted Mike when he was in elementary school, he also had eyes on multiple minors. As if it wasn’t bad enough that he used to work as an elementary teacher! He shouldn‘t have been allowed to just move on with no repercussions in the end. That’s completely enabling child predators and sexual assault. It’s kinda disgusting!
Pseudo-shota, but otherwise good manga!

I love Yamato Nase but some of her works contain characters that just look soooo young.
This is one of them and I have to be honest, I prefer it when characters look their age because a guy can be super old but if he looks like a grade schooler, that won't do it for me.
In this case, the couple is in the same grade in high school and the uke is known to be cute and short. I read the manga and I really did like it! It's a great story, no doubt, but I know I would have liked it even more if the Hamura looked just a bit older. The difference in looks is big!
Either way, the characters are interesting, the story is too and the art is great as usual. I found this to be a solid plot with the right kind of drama and suspense with the private tutor and all. I also really liked Hamura's character, being so straight forward and bold. It goes very well with Miyake's arrogant and silent personality.
If you don't mind the pseudo-shota then do give this a try, it's a cute story that is worth a read.

I wasn't expecting much when I started this series. From its cover, it looks completely like every other boring, flat, run-of-the-mill yaoi. And I don't even like Yamato Nase.
But it was actually good.
Okay, I was a little creeped out by Hamura's apparent dwarfism. And I still don't like Yamato Nase's art style much. But I really enjoyed this story. The characters, oddly enough, have depth. Hamura is a little static, but Miyake is one of the most well-developed characters I've had the pleasure to see in this kind of manga. Both boys grow over the course of the volume and gain closure and realistic happiness.
And while I don't like the art style much, it's admittedly very good. I don't approve of Zip-A-Tone overload, but Yamato uses them so well I can let it go. The layouts are creative but always readable.
I wasn't expecting to enjoy this, but I did.

YAMATO Nase is great!!! This Art is amazing(considering it was publish in 1999) and of course the plot aswell just as expected from YAMATO Nase!! There is a balance of humor and angst in this series which lot of yaoi manga doesn't have!! The development wasn't lacking and the third parties (Hamura's friend and tutor) was likable as well.
yay!

this manga is incredibly adorable. Miyake may seem an arrogant hottie, who's really mean and isn't interested in any girls, but really he's hurt and lonely. yes, may seem cheesy but his cold exterior makes for very mean scenes where he tries to freak out ham-kun [who is amazed by Miyake's beauty and wishes to befriend him] by basically coming on to him and doing things to him.
To Miyake's surprise, Ham-kun IS confused yet keeps coming back.
You get to find out a lot about Miyake's past and its very sad. And everything gets very confusing towards the second volume. BUT IT IS ALL ADORABLE AND AMAZINGLY HOT! yay!
I love the art, i love all of yamato nase's art. Amazing cute/hot guys, adorable and sexy story, and overall a fantastic story! READ THIS RIGHT NOW! lmao.
