Mizuki, ultra-proper high-school student, is on the Student Council's Morality Team. She is in charge of making sure the other students follow the rules and regulations of the school. She has a run-in with the infamous Z gang when they fail to follow the school dress code. Ren, the Z gang leader, who is completely unused to anyone standing up to him, finds Mizuki intriguing.
