Description

Nineteenth century England... After her parents pass away, ten year old Coco inherits the title of "marquise" and the expectations that go along with it. Nidell, a young tutor, is hired to teach Coco, but quickly finds himself facing a past he's tried to hide.

rin_uzuki here! This is in reply to the last comment, Bolt and Lantern has six chapters total. I do intend to keep scanslating the manga, until I've released the whole thing. I listed it as a one shot because it's a one shot in the sense that it's only one volume long (as opposed to being just one chapter long). Sorry for any confusion that may have caused. I'm really glad that you enjoyed it, and I hope you like the future releases, too! It only keeps getting better. Bolt and Lantern is one of my favorite series. And if you're looking at these reviews and wondering whether or not you should read Bolt and Lantern--give it a try! Come on. There's nothing to lose.

I enjoyed this oneshot very much, but is that all it really is? The status says it's a volume and the summary has more than what I've read. I hope it really is a whole volume and that it gets finished (if it is). edit Apparently, it is a whole volume, but has only been released with the first chapter a s a oneshot O.o weird... Oh well, I'm happy and I hope Ramsus-kun finishes the rest of the chapters soon ^o^ ... Last updated on April 12th, 2008, 11:18pm

Like the title said XD The story so far is soooo cute and the artwork clean. Though, I have to admit that the plot and artwork fooled me. I was convinced it was a shoujo! Well, I can't judge hard since only 4 chapters are released, but it's very likable so far :3

An amazing oneshot by an amazing author. Great art, great story, great characters... What more is there to say? The cover and description don't do it justice.
