I made it to chapter 11 but couldn't continue.

If Fon supposed to be so much smarter than everyone else why is he uncontrollably shouting out his motives to everyone around him. That's stupid. Espionage 101: blend the fuck in.

I really loved this, going in to reading this I had pretty high expectations based on recommendations and others comments for reading it; It not only met my expectations but had very pleasant surprises.
If you want to read this, but are put off by the shounen ai tag, I highly advise you to at least give it a try, because even though I found the bromance so strong It doesn't take away from the deeper emotions and message of the story. (I would just be thinking these two are like soul mates) any ways, trying not to focus on the implicated bl, this story's characters were well written in my opinion, and I especially like ES, because of how relevant his character and back-story are with the whole conflict of cloning, and later with Fon's back-story. I've started reading the sequel and love how far his character develops.
Side note about the sequel :
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
In the sequel they add some female characters, and my first thought was that some editorial figure told the mangaka that the BL was too obvious in the first one so they need to tone it down and beard it with some estrogen, lol.

Like I said, it's well thought out. The art is exceptionally beautiful to look at and the continuous dark atmosphere is very alluring. It just makes you want to continue reading and find out what is going to happen. The plot is interesting and the twists are fun to read! Not to mention the adorable bromance! As a fellow reader, I recommend this manga greatly if you have some spare time!

The story is well planned out and the art is very pretty. The mood is really bleak, though- not saying there isn't any comic relief or happy moments, but to me its a depressing read so far. However its interesting enough to keep reading on smile

The first few chapters aren't quite as interesting but as soon as you get around chapter four or so things get very intense! The plot so far is rather dark and makes you just want to know more about this twisted, futuristic world. I can't wait for the next update!

I have yet to come across a plot about standings of genetic engineering in society, and the art is absolutely the best. Like many shoujo with male leads, this can be seen as slashy, but just because it's Kuwabara-sensei, it doesn't mean this will turn out shounen-ai.
Plenty of drama, some mystery, suspense and action all make for a great read.

author - shonen-ai

It really is obvious, that the author of this manga was already involved with shounen-ai mangas. This is shounen-ai, but without ai? Looks a lot like shounen-ai harem to me. Still, the plot has potential, so it might be worth the while.

Interesting

Main character seems misterious enough to have some space for character and plot development, plus, political implications and bio-engineering makes this manga interesting for me.

While the cover might sugest shounen-ai, there are only some light hints, and not that relevant to the plot. At least I hope it keeps that way laugh
