AWESOME

Completely loving this for so many reasons! Although some may compare this with 'Saver', this manga totally holds its own in awesomeness. I'm happy with romance being a sub-plot, totally fine since the action and comedy gives the story so much to go for.

I do wonder if the author is going to tackle the issue of Nobunaga's mistresses since they say there was no love between him and Nouhime.

Totally loved Hideyoshi, shipping him with Kasane while hoping for a reverse harem for her. :3

Edit: Despite what I'm about to say, I'm still keeping my grade for this(which might change when it seriously gets into the 'must drop' section)

This kind of premise is rarely done well so I clung to this like a leech with seriously high expectations because, come on, great sword-fighter girl as the female lead sent into the past(and it's not another, "oh, it was all a dream" type because the supernatural hoopla that allowed her time-travel has been confirmed), with Nobunaga, simple art which is totally my type, who wouldn't read?

There were many things that could have been explored, and yeah, it's not deep or whatever, but this manga still manages to get me excited for releases and slow-clapping at many scenes.

The history lessons are quite interesting and I ended up google-ing many things. I'm just so in love with the Sengoku era and it's hard to find manga with an actually-good-guy Oda Nobunaga.

I just wish that there will be romance, even as a subplot because think of all the historical ramifications and whatnot and we all know she'll inevitably have to return to her own timeline(unless the author does something we never saw coming). Kasane is just an amazing girl. Much love for her and the characters.

The problems I had with this manga(don't worry, I'm just sort of nitpicking, still love this to death) were:
--when she first landed in the Sengoku era, the level of "Wth, who is this weird girl wearing unorthodox clothes?" reaction was surprisingly low. She's wearing a freaking sailor uniform, showing too much skin for the then normal conservative Japan but no one's really questioning it so I was like, okay, it's manga anyway. I hoped she would change into more 'normal' clothes but it seems the short skirt doesn't bother any of the samurai so it's all good.

Not like I'm expecting anything super realistic, it is still manga, and it is still shounen afterall. With all the time-travel and technology, who gives a crap about the small fact that the heroine rarely changes out of her uniform? (It's a huge relief for me when she actually washes her clothes, giving me scenes with her in more traditional garb)

--the fact that no one really questions her awesome ability for swordplay despite the era where they are. I mean, yeah, there are female ninjas [extra note: The important female leads are dressed in unorthodox garb. Whatever. It's still awesome] but no one questions how strong Kasane is despite her age, her strange attire, and whatnot. What I love about this is that her comrades treat her as an equal and not as a lady to be protected and whatnot. What I hate about this is that her comrades rarely treat her as a girl. Ironic?

The first allows her space to show off her badass self. The second lessens the chance of any relationship developments other than friendship and mutual respect.

--I loved that the whole story isn't completely focused on the female lead. It's just that sometimes, I just wanted to get to read about her and it just wasn't happening.

Whatever, just nitpicking. Still loving this and is a definite favorite.

You've got NO IDEA how much I want there to be romance, but no after 7 volumes there isn't a romance genre, so there probably wouldn't be one, but even a "Romance Subplot" would be fine T_T. However after reading 10 chapters, my hopes are pretty much dashes since
Spoiler (highlight to view)
Oda is already married T_T
but I'm still desperate so I will continue reading.

9/10 due to no romance sad

Interesting historical take

This has got to be one of the first pieces of Japanese pop culture media that DOESN'T portray Oda Nobunaga as an evil supernatural demon king (though he still has a villainous appearance), and for that it gets high props in my book. The other characters including the female lead are just as interesting as they are whimsical. Looking forward to how the rest of this series portrays Nobunaga's historical exploits.

A shounen with a female lead who dosen't have huge breasts? I was all over this as soon as I read the summary! As Iphegenia mentions, it's no 'saver' but I really like the female heroine, she's independent in her own right even if she is slightly dense, but hey it's a tolerable denseness and it adds to the comedy of the story. I really like the fact she intergrates well into the group of misfits she travels with, displaying a comradery with them a lot of heroines don't seem to possess in most time travel manga - whether it be shoujo or shounen (maybe because she's to busy angsting over the guy). Henceforth, this is now my favorite time-travel manga along with 'saver'. No romance to speak of infused with a bit of comedy - that's completely fine by me.

The concept of this story is somewhat similar to "Saver." However, the heroine in this story is not as mature and the storyline not as intricate. If any of you like this story, I would recommend you to go check out "Saver"

I would probably rate this about 8-9 right now. It is interesting and the art is very good. There are a lot of questions concerning the shop, sword, what will happen in the future, etc. The heroine is one of the better kinds-- she is realistic in terms of her reactions, but doesn't let anything hold her back. So far she is also very strong and doesn't depend on Nobunaga, so I hope that continues~ Overall its looking good!

Even the first chapter is amazing, I can't wait for the next one to come out. I love heroines who kick butt; she's clueless but in a funny way, not like the usually annoying kind. The art is fantastic too....sigh, I really want to read the next chapter

Very promising for a shounen...

Hmm... while I'm not one for shounen (I tend to lose interest really quickly), or historical mangas (except for maybe shoujo ones and Rurouni Kenshin)...
This is really interesting. The art is very good, and while the author does do time traveling, it seems that there's some sort of enchanted object behind it... Er, I don't know. Of course, she ends up in front of a certain famous Lord from the Sengoku Era, but at the same time I don't really mind because Kasane is quite interesting, with her kendo obsession and her resilience. I've always been a sucker for strong heroines, and from the first chapter this girl seems to be one of them (though I'd have to keep reading to make sure). As a huge shoujo fan I can't help but hope that there will be some sort of romance (especially since time-travel romances are so angsty and awesome!!! XD). But really, even if it is overwhelmingly shounen, I won't mind. The plot that's been revealed, so far, is really interesting. What happens in the real world while she's gone? How will she get back? And what kind of role will she have at the side of a certain famous lord? Hmmm... biggrin I can't wait to find out!!!
