Description
Compilation of short stories:
1) 1000 Years, 1 Love
Hakua is sent into the mountains by the village to kill a ferocious tiger that has been attacking villages. The tiger, mistaking him for a girl, drags Hakua into the mountains to become his mate. Love soon blossoms as Hakua must teach this half human creature the meanings of his new found emotions.
2) 1000 Years, 1 Love Extra
Their love going strong, Hakua decides to go back to the village. Naturally Youko tags along and runs into some trouble in the human world.

It was a simple and sweet story and had some beautiful lines. Light read.
The first story is somewhat silly. The second is at bit boring and confusing. The first two chapters have bad rape scenes. The third and fourth stories are more interesting.

I didn't like any of the stories.
They seemed random, hard to follow, not flowing right... I'm not sure if it's the translations that makes it feel so shallow and disconnected or the manga itself.
The art style is plain ugly (just my opinion though), I didn't like any of the characters.... yeah.
I don't find any reason to read this manga because whatever you are looking for, most other yaoi do it better than this one!

really knows how to tug at the right heart strings--she has a knack for creating really touching moments out of simple gestures made by the characters. In the first story with the tiger-man, I got really choked up because the characters' actions are so simple, but so poignant. To make a long description short, Mizukami Shin is the master of the poignant moment; she has a knack for eliciting pathos
I loved every single one of these short stories and couldn't help but be incredibly disappointed that there weren't more to them. I feel like each story could have spanned at least a couple chapters and develop the character relationships more. Still, all of these one-shots were definitely enjoyable reads.

I think the idea is cute that there is a mystical being that doesn't understand the human world, but I found the character development to be lacking. I wish the plot had been a little less shallow
to short ^*^ ^_^
