Really, this wasn't really good on any level. Especially not since things felt very out of place, the ecchi wasn't sexy and it was straight out porn at times, I mean, god, rape situations comes up so frequently, we even have cases like seeing a girl getting raped by some tentacle guy and we see it all from the front with some pathetic mini light censoring around the genitals. Come on. The jokes truly aren't good enough to read this garbage for and it has nothing else worth reading it for.

Its pretty much a repeat of many ecchi comedy jokes except with monsters. It might have been interesting, if the humor could have been more original or the set-up for some jokes better.

i want to say the male protagonist is downright pathetic and because of that i cannot enjoy this manga. well, if you can ignore how annoying his manner is (and how unbelievable his expectation is), you will find this title funny, with far-from-meaningful monsters appear to make the protagonist life a bit more miserable from day to day, add little chuckle from time to time. a nice read for once in a while, but definitely not for a single sitting.
Hilarious monster house

College graduate Koudaira is looking for a cheap place to live while he job hunts in the city. He ends up finding suspiciously cheap rent at a place called the Monster Mansion. Finding out that the other tenants are vampires, werewolves, Frankenstein girl, goblins, zombies, and misc would have chased him out sooner if not for the gorgeous looking landlady.
This series is about how he deals w/ the other residents and their eccentricities. Waking up to vampires sucking on him, dealing w/ a pet fire breathing salamander, a jealous werewolf, and etc, can put a hamper to his job hunt and for his dreams of a romance.
Surprisingly enjoyable, I found myself rather liking this series quite a bit. Its ecchi, so pretty much in every chapter, some girl gets her breasts bared in one way or another in hilarious ways. It’s amusing that despite Koudaira’s love for the landlady, being a man he’ll still get aroused by the ecchi sights in front of him in funny ways.

A broke guy who is easily frightened, a cute Landlady - the usual Romantic Comedy direction.
A house full of monsters as a gag-generator is a commom feat either.
To the 3rd Chapter the plot was quite predictable, but on a high level.
It depends on the characters of the residents if this will be a great fun to read or just a luke-warm repeat of the usual jokes.
I'll see with the folowing chapters and correct my opinion of it, if needed.

I love lodging based theme. Some of them (like Maison Ikkoku, Love Hina, Mahoraba), offer dynamic environment and character relationship that seldom achieved by other type of manga.
Combination of horror, comedy, and ecchi on top of that, picked up my interest on this book. I can't wait to see the progress, with all of it's various lodger, their backstory, and relationship that will unfold in time.
The picture is a bit rough and nostalgic, as if it created in the beginning of 90s, but it doesn't really affect my enjoyment. I recommend to read it at least once
