Description
From DMP:

At Wataru Fujii's high school, it's all the rage to wear paired rings with the girl you love. Wataru wears one though he is single, and one day inadvertently discovers that his ring pairs up with that of tall, handsome and smart Yuichi Kazuki, the senior classman idolized by the entire school. Though Kazuki has a reputation for being kind to all, when dealing with Wataru, he is strangely harsh. Their paired rings somehow draw them together and the two alternately clash and attract, as they must sort out their budding feelings for each other.

This is one of those manga titles that don't age very well with time. The basic plot has potential to be cute but characterisation is terribly old-fashioned, ie. characters are annoying af. The damsel-in-distress main character has no personality whatsoever, while his love interest is such a typical douche, oh excuse me for this slandering, he's just ~someone who bullies who they love~. Not recommended at all to seasoned BL readers.

This manga is definitely romantic. I mean rings are involved and there is a lot of blushing. Of course my heart was beating every time there was a moment between the two characters. They are definitely made for one another. I think anyone would enjoy this series, because of the sheer amount of love shown. What is not to like?

I totally agree with the person who said this is extremely reminiscent of a shoujo manga. Y'know, kind of tsundere character meets aloof boy who is

simply concealing his feelings
. The whole ring thing was kinda girly too. I wonder if the sensei was actually planning on making this a straight romance originally.
Seriously, its kind of worth just reading it to see how much it's like the genre.
I wasn't crazy for it. It was nice reading a yaoi that seemed to have been officially translated, though the version I read had the honorifics cut out (this always annoys me, I like the chans and kuns and sans xD). The art was decent but not amazing.
The uke was kind of sweet, and there were a couple of really nice moments, so I'm not slandering the manga completely.
Generally, a good read. Not a deep enough plot for my liking, but give it a bash if you have some time.

I'm currently reading the novel to this manga, and every time I turned a page over there was this voice that said: go get the manga from that dusty shelf. Read it. Read it. And boy did I. I studied it to perfection. I spent roughly fifteen minutes in every page, reading every line time and time again, absorbing the beautiful art work.

The kissing scenes could be a little frustrating. I'm so used to tongues and "saliva everywhere", I really wished they were a little bit more detailed but, well, I guess we have the novel to see that happening.

Which leads me to my title. It would be so amazingly awesome if they suddenly decided to continue the manga, following the novel. And we could really use an OVA or two, just to keep the spark alive.

The manga is so absolutely cute and it deserves to be continued. Plus, there's so much more to Kazuki and Wataru's relationship! No matter how much I adore reading about it, it pains me to know such beautiful pieces are being left out...

Yeah, that's it.

One of my favorites, there is depth to the characters, the story is sweet, and though the art wasn't the most fabulous it isn't an eye sore by any means. I recommend it to absolutely any yaoi fan.

The first time I've read this manga was few years ago and now that I'm reading it again makes me feel nostalgic. One of my favorite shounen ai stories. Though like a typical story in a shoujo manga, there is a feeling of uniqueness of the story. A must-read story. I recommend it. smile

Shoujo like

Honestly this manga is a typical shoujo, but only that it's with guys. The art is nice, characters likeable, but the plot is full of shoujo clichees. That beeing said it was still a good read. And the reason for my rating is the great ending and the small extra, I really loved those.
