i hate how the main girl acts like someone can "trick" her into doing something she is choosing to do

I tried to read this manga so many times... but I just couldn't finish it... I found the term 'Miss Melon' very demeaning and even though I enjoyed the first part of the story, I get bored and lose interests!!! And I love 'Hapi Mari' so much (re-read available chapters 3 times already and ordered the raw)!!!! I also don't mind Yoru Cafe either! Don't know what happened with this one!

this is one of the mangas i would recommend. its simple not overly done by having WEAK female leads or jerkoff male leads. this girl protagonist here is pretty head strong compared with the ones i have read before. and its a breath of fresh air. and the comedy made me laugh so. its nice not GREAT but worth reading and you can read it again if you want.

I liked it a lot.
The smut wasn't very detailed so it's not so offensive, unlike those typical ones.
The both the hero and the heroine was very cute, honest and sweet to each other.
Now really, the heroine won't piss you off - she was quite a strong girl, and she isn't stupid.
The art is great, and the length of the manga was just nice.

What more can I ask? Just read it.

First of all, I don't understand why there was 'smut' mentioned in the genres section, because this was actually a beautiful story that didn't offend me in the least (well... maybe the sex before marriage part but that's just being stingy XD). Anyway, I'm pretty sure this was a clean romance, pretty much a fairy tale. And ye know what, I LOVED IT. Yeah it was predictable and the conflict can't really be considered conflict, but come on, we all need a happy story of a Prince and his Princess once in a while. Big shout out to Aerandria and the other scanlation groups that were involved in this one; excellent quality from start to finish so thanks a bunch!

If you ever need a smile, and you have a few hours to burn, read this one. You'll enjoy it a lot

Yes, it's a parody of most romantic cliches in the world but I found myself grinning all the while. If you're into heavy drama and intensely mysterious male protagonists, you're not going to like it. But if you think a silly, naughty and childish guy is cuter, go for it. The weird thing is my mind keeps thinking of Ouran Host Club's Tamaki while reading this, which is a silly yet weirdly fitting daydream.

I did not expect much from this manga at the beginning. As you see from the summary, the plot is nothing new, typical clumsy female protagonist, typical cool looking shoujo guy, smut... But the mangaka manage to pull it out pretty nice. The story is lighter than I thought. And both protagonist is not so annoying since they are the most annoying types of character in shoujo, plus the art is really nice and it's very funny sometimes. So, it become quite an enjoy read. Recommended

Story was cliched but dre was some good moments in dis manga, some really good moments. Ending was predictable. Some parts were unrealistic. Artowork was good. Didnt really like the heroine Miyako, especially her clothing choice. Some really funny parts as well.

Rented this in chinese from the neighborhood manga shop last year. Oh, i can't really read chinese. Yet, i absolutely adored this so much that it spurred me to practice reading more chinese. Private Prince is my no.1 tie-in fav manga besides Absolute Boyfriend. Btw, i personally feel both Private Prince and Absolute Boyfriend should be classified shoujo instead of josei ... perhaps due to it's cuteness.

the manga is so annoying...i hate the main characters...the plot....the character design.....everthing about this is unreadable for me...i think i was pushing myself to read more but this is it....this just SUCKS
