Big TW rape if you're sensitive to it, I wouldn't even call it dubcon but full-on rape (his student Yamato even calls him multiple times a rapist and an abuser!
The way they confess their love for is other comes out of nowhere, we don't get any sign before for either of them that they're thinking about their relationship with the other in this way (like internal monologues or such). The story seems made of multiple bits that don't fit together seamlessly.

What the bloody hell was that? I agree with Yamamoto that Onizuka isn’t only an abuser, but also a bully and teaser. I can’t believe he fell in love with such person like him. Though the ending is sweet, I don’t like the overall plot.

The story actually proved to be deeper than what I first assumed it would be. The characters developed beyond just a 'military uniform fetish' manga which is what I was expecting. It actually reflected history a little (obviously it could be better but who on earth would read this for a history lesson?). It started the way I expected - as a story that you can't take seriously - but ended up leaving a genuine feeling of love between Yamato and Onizuka and it left me feeling more fulfilled than I'd anticipated.

Basically, if the categories sound interesting to you, I think you'll like it.

Overall, it had some funny moments, like the racing... and the drawing wasn't that bad at all. My expectations weren't to high for this, but I ended up liking it for the most part. Plus, it had an HEA ending.

I read this like ages ago and started re-reading it again yesterday and I just gotta write a review on it! This one is really funny and I like it a lot!! Not to mention that it's super smutty but what I love the most is Onizuka and Yamato! Their relationship is full of laughter and putting them together is awfully good! And I liked the setting, very historical and very nice uniforms! *sigh* I just can't get enough of this!!

Yes there was a hallelujah chorus going off in my head the entire time i was reading this manga. I found it by mistake or should I say MIRACLE: guys in UNIFORM. WWII UNIFORM. And the art is amazing! Gah I think this is my favorite manga to date--finding WWII manga is like try to pick out a needle from a hay stack so I'm still euphoric about it

this one is great manga... the relationship between onizuka and yamato is very funny, hilarious, entertaining, and romantic. it's kinda good to know that at least yamato is NOT a shouta LOL it'd be sucks if he is. anyway , this manga is still a good read, and the "scenes" are also yummy

Overall, the story was really good, and I liked that the art actually made them look Japanese. The smut scenes are really good, and I think there is proof for their love, however, I don't like though at least their relationship shows progress. Overall, I think it's worth reading. And the author does give the instructor a reason for his actions.

It was actually pretty sweet and I was laughing most of the time. I disagree that there wasn't much proof of their love for each other. Need I say more? You can't always expect "love" to be shown in more dramatic ways. Each to its own story and I think the way the story progressed suited the characters. I actually wish it was a bit longer.. like a chapter of their life afterwards, etc. Other than that I have no complaints. Very cute and funny.
