Ah, I like that one the best! It's so sad that it just ended like that!! They should have a continuation or something! Other than that, the rest of the story were okay, but I guess the first story and the fourth one is the best! :>
Quite a nice collection of one shots xD the fourth was fun, but its got a similar story theme to another story i read, the boy in that story also had an electricity problem, but that was more sci-fi than the natural static idea this story had. And that kid in chapter 5 rofl, totally set that up, i felt sort of sorry for the sensei, he didn't have a chance *laugh* especially after the kid grows *snickers hard* poor sensei....
Anyway, enjoyable and rather amusing XD i liked it, though i generally prefer series to short stories/one shots
The stories were nice but I would have liked to see more of the second story, That's a Blue and Transparent Surprise. I felt that it ended too quickly, and they were just getting to the good part too...
Each story was like a light escape into the lovers' own little world. A world where they understood and only saw each other. In short it's like their ray of vision is narrowed to the person they love and I think it's great how the mangaka was able to convey that through the stories.
With the first one, I like how the sensei was drawn. He was a hot geezer so to say. So it was my favorite. But putting that aside, I LOOOOVE sensei's POV. I really like mangas where the mangaka switches the POV per chapter so you actually understand the depth of both leading characters.
Spoiler (highlight to view)
I like how during Ryuuchi's narration he mentioned "One moment happy, next moment sad. Being with sensei is so tiring..."
It was so relatable that it adds points to the story. It was a refreshing read...definitely worth a try.
Takaku-sensei's Kissing is my favorite, but I love this one, too. I liked the main story, too, but there were a couple other oneshots that also stood out to me as cute or funny, or sweet. I also liked the "rain" one because it was sweet, and "Home" with Touri and Seiji. Maybe it's because I'm a packrat myself ^^; but I found it cute and funny. xD;
The art is appealing in a way I can't quite pin down and I absolutely loved the lead story (1, 2, 3, and 9) but the rest were take it or leave it. An over all eight for the group.
