Description
Fen has just been assigned a position in the Special Dispatch Force (a.k.a. the 'SDF'😉 protecting the King of Vera Morgan. When he arrives at the office for the SDF he discovers he's been accidentally enrolled in the Special Doll Force instead! Fen discovers to his dismay that his new job is to search out and retrieve "bran dolls" with the help of four strange but beautiful men - who have more than just the job on their minds!

The first few chapters of this are somewhat amusing, but none of them have re-read value. The real reason I started reading this was because I wanted some BL, so when I found out that

Dio was actually Princess Christina in drag,
I wanted to strangle myself. It ruined the whole point of the shounen ai genre. Thankfully they removed shounen ai from the genre section.

The only gay part in this manga is when the main guy accidentally kisses a man he assumes to be a woman. Which technically means it's still a straight action. So no gay here. If you're looking for an actual shounen ai, don't read this manga.

This entire book was a weird ride and I couldn't tell what gender anyone was while it was printed under a BL label in English even though its not. Also the whole Brandoll plot is confusing and doesn't work for such a short series of like five chapters. Are they supposed to have the appeal of collectable creatures?

Not one of my favorite books, but it wasn't awful, just not to my taste.

FYI, it is absolutely NOT yaoi, despite what the previous reviewer says and the fact that it was mistakenly published under GoComi's yaoi/BL imprint. While it may LOOK like a very light shonen-ai title to someone casually flipping through,

If you are looking for a light-hearted shounen-ai, this is it!
There is plenty of cuteness, and bishies to top it all!
Fen is likable and well adorable XD
