For Hashina who I felt most sorry for. I'm a sucker for stories that contain so much confused and intentional hurt @_@ (I've got to get another life hobby...) so it may actually be more biased than I think it is bigrazz.

The amount of pity I felt for these people is the same mount of dislike I have towards sex as a form of sedation. Not sympathy. Pity. Everything's messed up! I wanted to cry away but something about their predicament told me I'd waste the last supply of body fluid in my eyes.

And I don't think that the ending is happy. It's a bit far-fetched from happy. Read the manga. I hope somebody will one day agree with me sad

this one surprised me A LOT. I totally didn't expect how the plot would twist and I liked it a lot. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 10/10 is the translation... I had to use a lot of imagination and fantasy so it would make sense...

I loved all of it, except for the ending that is. Its not bad, and doesnt feel axed off or anything like that, its just that it didn't end with the pairing I wanted. I disliked how Miwa forgave so easily and how they could just resume like nothing happened. I dont think Katou deserves much but I liked his cold and dark side. I just loved Hoshina, he wasn't cliche and totally flipped over my forst im
ression of him. This is fantastic if you like some good angst and dark themes. This made me cry from how sorry I felt for all the characters. I loved how ch 1,2,3 were from different point of views as it made me grasp the characters better and made them easier to understand. The characters, plot and art was all great! Its not just some mindless yaoi, it actually has depth to it and it shows the not-so-great sides of humans, yet it shows the loving side as well. I think the author did a fantastic job. The only reason I didnt give it 10 is because it didnt end how I wanted it to, so thats just me being Bias.

I totally didn't expect this but the plot actually surprised me. I was so sure how it would go that the unexpected events made it a good read. Because the plot was (as for me) really good and additionally it managed to surprise me I think it's worth reading and besides I like angsty stories xD

None of the characters really behave in rational ways. The whole thing started out good, but then it descended into just confusing drama...

I'm also never really into the whole rape thing. It's a breach of trust and I don't see how anybody could love somebody who did that to them...

Disliked the ending.

Well, I didnt cry, not because its not bad, rather I couldnt seem to sympathize with the characters. All of them are flawed but I dont hate them.
The uke is not right using sex to forget someone, but noone would be in his right mind after being treated like any gay guy on the street and he was also raped by the one he loved.
Hoshina is no saint since he approached him for his body first and hid Satou's feeling for Miwa. But everyone acts selfish when it comes to love. Besides, it must be painful to be used as a substitute.
My least fav is Satou, I understand hes scared but he hurts so many people and act like a victim. At least he did got traumatized after raping someone so I dont hate him as much.

Yes, that's how I feel right now. Speechless. I don't know what I should say at all about this manga. It's so friggin' screwed up. The characters aren't developing properly and the whole plotline just seems...retard to me. Hoshina seems like a nice guy to me and I thought Miwa will end up with him BUT...?! well, some things just won't go the way as we want. Everything seems rushed. I only gave it a 5 since Hoshina is a nice guy. Only for him! Don't even make me talk about Katou. Even I want to punch him up.

It's a very realistic manga, agsty throughout, my eyes kept watering all the time.

Katou made me angry, the way he responded to Miwa's confession was horrible, and Hashina was selfish in his desire to monopolize Miwa. Even Miwa used Hashina as a support when he received Katou's rejection. Everyone was trying to find their own happiness and in doing so they kept hurting each other.
I felt sorry for Hashina, he ended up having such pure feelings towards Miwa, but life isn't fair and Miwa still loved Katou so I guess that's the appropriate ending for this manga.
I just hope Hashina finds some one who loves him very much <3

I liked the manga. Although it has sad moments and a Not-so-happily-ever-after ending, it comes really close to reality and the fact that not everyone gets what they want. It's bittersweet in a nice way, every character grew and matured in some aspects through the story.
I recommend it, but if you are used to fairytale like stories where everyone ends up with their soul mate and happy and fluffy then this isn't it bigrazz

I really thought this story was marvelous from the beginning to the end. It was enthralling and poetic (though the translation was a bit off). I found it a wonderfully compassionate tale of unrequited love. One could feel the characters desperately yearning for each other yet having nothing left but despair.

I almost couldn't believe there was a happy end. Though it was not happy for everyone, which is what makes it so good.

All in all a great dramatic read!

The rating for this manga was not that high, thus I did not expect much from it. Yet, I ended up enjoying it, at least the first 2 or 3 chapters.
In my opinion, the sex scenes are quite controversial according to personal thinking. Even though I am not agree with such doings, still those scenes are not just random and rushed but rather involve feelings and thoughts. The plot is there, the characters are there, everything is perfect.
Then the ending comes, and I am pissed! So what will happen with Hashina? sad( This is as if reading about a story from the point of view of the 3rd person in love. I unconsciously took Hashina as the main character, thus felt bad for him with the unrequited love. He is not a jerk and does deserve more than this.
