Description
Hekiyou Private Academy's student council members are decided through what basically is a popularity contest. Since good looking girls are admired by both sexes, unlike boys, the student council room became known as paradise. As the pillar of the student council, Sugisaki Ken seeks to create his own bishoujo harem due to his love of girls.

well, a typical harem manga. although at this point, there might be some romance or love that might appear. but story-wise, yes, the main character (Sugisaki Ken) dreams of his his "personal" harem, but cohesiveness is somewhat lacking. but, it is still on the 2nd chapter. there might be a long way to go... but this is good for a typical harem with no romance involve. artwork is good, which is appealing to the eyes...
hopefully, there's some development in the story on the next issue.
